Irene de Noriega

Irene holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid. She also holds a master’s degree in Legal Practice and International Development Cooperation.
Before joining Hay Derecho, she worked as a consultant on access to justice and rule of law at the OECD’s Directorate for Public Governance and as a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers. She has also worked as a research fellow at the Constitutional Court of Spain and for the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation
